Objectives:

The Project Management Intern will acquire practical experience by actively contributing to the essential day-to-day operations of the Advent Project Team. Responsibilities range from overseeing process documentation to delineating project scope within floor plans. Interns will play a crucial role in assisting the project team to enhance and implement processes, ensuring the successful completion of projects from initiation to conclusion, while adeptly navigating challenges inherent in project management.

Create and coordinate kick-off meeting client presentations, demonstrating the ability to synthesize information effectively.

Perform various general office tasks, including running errands, organizing project files, and managing expense/time usage reports.

Gather and curate content related to floor plans and project scope outlines.

Assist in the setup of new projects for Project Managers and the team.

Collaborate with other departments within the organization to gain a holistic understanding of the entire project life cycle.
