Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare ingredients by washing, peeling, chopping, and measuring to ensure timely readiness for cooking

- Assist in setting up and organizing workstations to maintain an efficient kitchen flow

- Follow recipes and presentation standards to ensure consistency and quality

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, utensils, and equipment in compliance with health and safety regulations

- Support the culinary team during service hours by providing prepared ingredients as needed

- Stock and replenish supplies to ensure smooth kitchen operations

- Adhere to food safety standards and proper handling procedures at all times

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a prep cook or line cook role preferred but not required

- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety standards

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
