About This Position
FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking a PMH Supervisor to lead the PMH Department in organizing SMT line materials, managing inventory accuracy, and supporting production operations within our smart manufacturing environment.
As a key leader within the production team, the PMH Supervisor is responsible for overseeing departmental operations, driving inventory accuracy, developing team members, and implementing process improvements that support efficiency, compliance, and on-time delivery.

As a key leader within the production team, the PMH Supervisor is responsible for overseeing departmental operations, driving inventory accuracy, developing team members, and implementing process improvements that support efficiency, compliance, and on-time delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations of the PMH Department, ensuring SMT line materials are properly organized, labeled, staged, and available to meet production schedules.
- Lead, coach, and develop Material Handlers and Leads, including assigning work, monitoring performance, conducting evaluations, and providing ongoing training and feedback.
- Ensure strict compliance with advanced MSD (Moisture Sensitive Device) management protocols, including oversight of exposure tracking, bake requirements, and documentation accuracy.
- Oversee WMS system integrity by auditing material transactions, inventory accuracy, reconciliation processes, and location management.
- Manage the movement of finished goods between production and warehouse operations, ensuring alignment with logistics schedules and customer requirements.
- Establish and enforce best practices in SMT material operations, including reel merging, offline feeder loading, line-side replenishment, and changeover optimization.
- Partner cross-functionally with Production, Warehouse, Engineering, Planning, and Purchasing teams to resolve material-related constraints and improve material flow.
- Develop and execute inventory control strategies, including cycle counts, full physical inventories, variance investigations, and corrective action plans.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce material shortages, excess inventory, and production downtime.
- Analyze material consumption trends and collaborate with Planning and Purchasing to optimize inventory levels and improve forecast accuracy.
- Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for material handling, storage, traceability, and inventory control.
- Lead 5S implementation and sustainment across PMH-managed areas, promoting safety, organization, and operational efficiency.
- Support new product introductions (NPI), process rollouts, and system implementations within the PMH Department.
- Prepare and present performance metrics and operational reports to management, identifying risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment required.
- 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience with inventory management systems (WMS/ERP) required.
- Strong understanding of SMT material flow and MSD controls preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
