In this strategic role, you will lead the global product security vision focused on safeguarding critical assets within the power sector, including embedded systems and SaaS solutions. You will spearhead the development of a comprehensive security strategy, fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that products are secure by design. Your efforts will directly enhance security practices and compliance measures, thereby instilling trust in customers and stakeholders. The role is pivotal in advancing our approach to cybersecurity and driving innovative solutions to meet evolving industry challenges.
Accountabilities- Establish and communicate a shared vision for product security excellence across Embedded, ICS, and SaaS portfolios.
- Develop and operationalize a unified product security strategy across regions and business lines.
- Embed security by design through the entire product lifecyclefrom concept and development to deployment, maintenance, and retirement.
- Coordinate global product incident response and vulnerability management to reduce risk and accelerate remediation.
- Engage with customers and industry stakeholders to address security concerns and build lasting partnerships.
- Mentor and develop internal teams to elevate technical rigor and a culture of security awareness.
- Represent the organization at forums, conferences, and thought leadership events to advance our stance in the market.
- Raise awareness and educate product stakeholders on integrating security at the design stage to support reliability and safety outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
- Demonstrated success in leadership within a complex global organization.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership in product security roles, including global team management.
- Extensive experience leading security initiatives for Embedded and/or Industrial Control Systems in a global context.
- Expertise securing SaaS offerings across architecture, deployment, and ongoing operations.
- Comprehensive understanding of AI deployment in new and existing products.
- Proven track record building and scaling product security programs in complex environments.
- Direct experience collaborating with customers to deliver tailored security solutions.
- Strong R&D background with deep understanding of the product lifecycle.
- Recognized thought leadership in product security.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CSSLP) strongly preferred.
