The Tom Toole Sales Group at RE/MAX Main Line is hiring Real Estate Agents ready to grow whether you are newly licensed or already producing.
This is not a “figure it out alone” brokerage.
We provide bottom of the funnel, high-quality opportunities through Zillow, Realtor.com, and Google PPC. Our inside sales team sets confirmed buyer and seller appointments with scheduled time and meeting location so you can focus on showings, listing appointments, negotiations, and closing.
For newer agents, you step into proven training built on plays that work not theory. That includes daily script practice, live market updates, offer coaching, pricing strategy sessions, a deal issue hotline, and listing training with real-time reps.
For experienced agents, this is leverage. Structured systems, appointment flow, and brand authority that allows you to scale production without rebuilding everything from scratch.

We offer a 90 day performance guarantee. If you follow the system completely and do not put a home under contract in 90 days, leadership cuts you a $500 check. Compensation:$80,000 - $110,000 at plan earnings
Responsibilities:- Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
- Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
- Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
- Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
- “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
- Must have a valid Real Estate License
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
- Self-motivation and drive
- A successful and proven sales history is preferred
- Great communication and social skills
