Content Marketing Lead at Teifi Digital Inc. – Vancouver, British Columbia
About This Position
Teifi Digital, a Shopify Plus Platinum partner, excels in resolving complex e-commerce challenges. We focus on integrating large catalogs, sophisticated data frameworks, and legacy systems into seamless unified commerce and B2B solutions, delivering unparalleled customer experiences. Our skill in deploying Shopify Plus caters to top-tier merchants in manufacturing, parts, distribution, retail, and B2B, ensuring minimal technical debt and maximized e-commerce revenue.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Content Marketing Lead to build, scale, and own Teifi’s end-to-end storytelling and content engine.
In this role, you will:
- Shape Teifi’s narrative across key verticals (B2B, manufacturing, parts, auto, retail).
- Build a robust content (customer evidence) engine (case studies, videos, written stories, partner content).
- Develop our brand voice and elevate how we communicate expertise, positioning Teifi Digital as the leading Unified Commerce Agency.
- Produce high-impact content that supports demand generation, sales enablement, and partner motions.
You will work closely with the CRO & Director of Partnerships to ensure the content engine fuels top-to-bottom funnel impact. You will not be expected to own demand generation strategy, or full marketing planning - your superpower is storytelling, content strategy, and editorial leadership. This role is for someone who wants autonomy, ownership, and the chance to shape the voice of a fast-growing Shopify Platinum partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Narrative & Editorial Ownership
- Define Teifi’s brand voice, tone, messaging pillars, and storytelling frameworks.
- Create compelling narratives for executive and technical audiences across verticals (B2B, manufacturing, parts, auto, retail).
- Ensure content consistently reflects Teifi’s differentiation, IP leadership across apps & accelerators and technical depth.
- Content Engine Leadership
- Build, scale, and manage the end-to-end content engine.
- Produce or oversee creation of:
- Case studies (written + video)
- Long-form guides, reports, industry POV pieces
- Web copy, landing pages, blogs
- Sales enablement tools (one-pagers, decks, messaging frameworks)
- Partner marketing assets
- Manage creative resources (freelancers, editors, videographers) as needed.
- Ensure content ladders directly to measurable campaign outcomes (MQLs → meetings → opportunities).
- Customer Evidence & Insights
- Develop a repeatable narrative to communicate our customer successes to the broader market.
- Interview customers, Delivery, and Solutions teams to extract meaningful outcomes.
- Turn complex project wins into polished assets that support Sales, Partnerships, and Shopify.
- Performance, Optimization & Scaling
- Analyze content performance and incorporate insights into future production.
- Identify high-performing stories and scale them across formats and channels.
- Support the refinement of quarterly content priorities based on performance data, partner needs, and GTM focus areas.
Qualifications
- 4+ years in content marketing, editorial, or storytelling roles (B2B, SaaS, agency, or commerce ideal).
- Demonstrated ability to build or run a content engine end-to-end.
- Strong writer and storyteller with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Experience working with sales, partnerships & marketing teams.
- Skilled interviewer; comfortable leading customer research.
- Experience with Shopify and/or other commerce platforms (Salesforce / Adobe / CommerceTools) is a plus.
- Ability to project-manage multiple content streams and stakeholders.
- Comfortable being a builder - creating systems, frameworks, and repeatable processes.
Benefits & Perks
- Ongoing professional development through training programs, certifications, and peer mentorship
- Hybrid work model depending on role, with a Granville Island office and free on-site parking
- Flexibility in work hours designed to accommodate appointments and personal responsibilities
- Comprehensive health and dental coverage in Canada, plus a health spending account
- Paid office closure between Christmas and New Year’s
