The Role

The Warehouse Team Member – Fulfillment is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklifts and other powered industrial trucks for the purpose of receiving, shipping, picking, moving, locating, relocating, stacking, and counting merchandise. This role also supports order selection and checking as needed.

Schedule

Monday – Wednesday: 4:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Although these are the estimated range of hours, it is important to note that there is NO DEFINED END TIME for this role. We end the day when the work is completed.

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or GED
• Forklift experience required (1 year minimum); certification preferred
• Cold storage/food warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Ability to stand for extended periods (6+ hours)
• Ability to work in a freezer environment (0–36°F) for up to 6 hours

A Day in the Life

• Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks safely and efficiently
• Count and verify freight received and shipped against driver BOLs
• Identify and reconcile count variances; notate driver bills and obtain signatures
• Prepare over, short, and damage reports as needed
• Select cases by product type and lot number; assemble neatly on pallets or carts
• Exemplify all RLS core values and guiding principles
