Monarch Investment and Management Groupis looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our winning team at the Preston Oaks Apartments in Louisville, KY. We are offering $22- to $24 per hour plus $750 quarterly bonuses, full benefits, tool reimbursement, and 2 weeks paid time off.

- Competitive pay $22.00 to 24.00 an hour

Essential Job Duties and/or oversight Responsibilities:
- Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority
- Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
- Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
- Exterior structural maintenance as needed
- Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone every 3 to 4 weeks
Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
- 2+years' experience in general maintenance
- Dry walling experience including painting and carpentry
- Basic knowledge of electrical, and plumbing
- Some knowledge of HVAC and water heaters
- Have good verbal and written communication
- Problem solving skills
- Be able to provide great customer service to our residents
