This role is designed for a strategic leader who will drive high-impact growth initiatives and launch critical new business ventures. You will oversee joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and ancillary business opportunities, ensuring long-term value creation for the organization. This position involves collaboration with executive leadership, franchise partners, and internal teams to structure, execute, and monitor strategic projects. You will evaluate acquisition opportunities, negotiate deals, and develop frameworks for future expansion. The environment is fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and highly collaborative, offering significant influence over the company’s strategic direction. Remote work is supported, with travel required to key offices and partner locations. You will manage a small, high-performing team while leading projects that directly shape the organization’s growth trajectory.

Accountabilities:
  • Oversee and cultivate relationships with joint venture and franchise partners, ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives and operational excellence
  • Develop metrics and governance structures to monitor business performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Build and manage an M&A pipeline, evaluate prospective acquisition opportunities, and facilitate deal execution with buyers and sellers
  • Lead the launch of new business ventures, coordinating cross-functional teams, legal, finance, and operational stakeholders to ensure successful implementation
  • Recruit and manage high-performing teams, guiding analysts, operators, and sales representatives to execute strategic objectives
  • Provide executive-level reporting and insights to support decision-making and prioritization of strategic projects
  • Ensure projects are aligned with long-term organizational goals, fostering innovation while managing risk and complexity

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field; advanced degrees preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, strategic project management, financial modeling, or related business leadership roles
  • Proven ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships with C-suite leaders and enterprise clients
  • Experience managing private equity or joint venture partnerships, including structuring deals and aligning stakeholder interests
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, including creating business plans, diligence reports, pitch decks, and operational models
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decision-makers across all levels
  • Comfortable managing complex projects, multiple business lines, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Preferred: experience in hospitality, vacation rental, property management, franchise operations, or launching new business ventures
