We are looking for an experienced Practice Manager to lead the daily operations of a busy dental practice. This role is responsible for driving performance, developing team members, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the dental practice
• Drive production, collections, and key performance metrics
• Lead, coach, and develop team members
• Partner with doctors to align clinical and business goals
• Manage scheduling, patient flow, and overall efficiency
• Monitor financial performance and budgets
• Ensure excellent patient service and resolve concerns
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
• Oversee inventory, supplies, and office operations

• 3+ years of management or leadership experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience managing KPIs and business performance
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Dental or healthcare experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field
• Experience in multi-location or group practices
