The Role

As a German Customer Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting professionals who rely on critical systems to keep their operations running smoothly. This is more than a support role—your work helps ensure accuracy, efficiency, and continuity in environments where every detail counts.

You’ll handle customer inquiries, manage orders, coordinate service requests, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless support. If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about helping others, this is your opportunity to make a real impact while working from home.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver high-quality support via phone and email in German and English
  • Process orders, returns, and billing adjustments accurately
  • Coordinate service requests and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Document all interactions clearly for compliance and reporting
  • Escalate complex cases following established workflows
  • Maintain a customer-first, solutions-driven approach

What We Expect From You:

  • Fluent German (C1/C2 level) with strong English communication skills
  • Experience providing German-language customer support
  • At least 2 years of experience handling phone and email support
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple interactions effectively
  • Detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, ticketing systems, and order platforms
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
