Job Description
Insurance Defense Attorney OR Construction Litigation – Uniondale, New York - Hybrid Remote

Job duties:
Work hybrid remote.
Our firm has about 80 attorneys currently. We are looking for Associates and OF Counsels.
- Handle depositions, court appearances, and motion practice in state and federal courts.
- Advise clients on strategy, risk management, and insurance issues.
- Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and other litigation documents with precision and clarity.
- Collaborate with partners and colleagues to develop case strategies and deliver exceptional client service.
Required:
· NY bar
· Recent insurance defense experience
You should know some of the following:
· General, Premises Liability
· Trucking & transportation, Auto
· Construction Litigation / NY Labor Law
· Toxic Torts, Products Liability
· Insurance Coverage
