Qualifications

We are seeking a Senior Process Analyst to support enterprise-wide process optimization and transformation initiatives.

This role partners with business stakeholders to analyze, design, and improve processes that enhance efficiency, quality, and consistency across the organization. The Senior Process Analyst operates with limited supervision and contributes expertise to cross-functional initiatives, leveraging data and proven methodologies to drive sustainable improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze current-state business processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Design and document future-state processes that improve cycle time, quality, and user experience.
  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and Business Process Reengineering (BPR) methodologies to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to assess process performance and identify root causes.
  • Develop and maintain KPIs, metrics, and dashboards to track improvement outcomes.
  • Execute assigned process improvement projects from analysis through implementation.
  • Develop process maps, business requirements, SOPs, training materials, and supporting documentation.
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Support change management activities and ensure improvements are sustained post-implementation.
  • Ensure process designs align with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and risk management standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or operational excellence roles.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.
  • Experience supporting medium to large-scale process initiatives in a corporate or professional services environment.
  • Strong expertise in process mapping, analysis, and optimization.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with ERP systems, workflow tools, or process automation technologies.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with process mining or advanced analytics tools.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled or automation-driven process improvement initiatives.
