Position Overview
We’re looking for an Enterprise Project Manager to lead complex, multi-system onboarding and integration projects for our largest, most strategic customers. This role owns enterprise implementations end-to-end, from discovery to solution design, configuration, testing, and production cutover. They will serve as the primary technical and project lead throughout.
This person will also play a critical role in shaping our enterprise PM motion, including building templates, communication frameworks, delivery standards, and repeatable processes that help RepSpark scale its enterprise practice confidently and consistently.

What You'll Do
Lead Enterprise Onboarding & Integrations
Own implementation delivery from project kickoff through production cutover for enterprise customers
Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and communication across customer teams and internal functions (Engineering, Product, Leadership, Account Management, etc.)
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise implementations.
Run Enterprise-Grade Discovery and Solution Design
Translate complex business and technical requirements into implementation plans, configuration specs, data mappings, and integration architecture
Partner with client technical resources to validate feasibility across ERPs and adjacent systems, ensuring alignment on timelines and scope
Drive Configuration, Testing, & Deployment
Guide customers through UAT, data validation, and integration testing
Surface and resolve technical issues quickly in partnership with Engineering and Product
Lead production cutovers with structure, clarity, and confidence
Act as a Technical Partner & Escalation Point
Work closely with Account Managers and Technical Account Managers on high-stakes accounts to mitigate risk and support adoption
Step into escalations with calm, clarity, and technical depth
Provide proactive best practices throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Own Project Documentation & SOW Creation
Create SOWs for integrations, customizations, and data-related work
Maintain accurate project plans, configuration notes, and customer-facing documentation
Shape and Scale RepSpark’s Enterprise PM Motion
Build and maintain templates, delivery frameworks, communication plans, and PM artifacts used across enterprise projects
Improve consistency and quality across implementations by establishing repeated standards and processes
Capture lessons learned, reusable components, and integration patterns that strengthen our implementation practice
Strengthen Internal Knowledge & Feedback Loops
Contribute technical documentation to RepSpark’s internal knowledge base
Provide clear, actionable feedback internally on enterprise needs and system gaps

Requirements
Must-Haves
3+ years leading technical SaaS implementations for enterprise or mid-market clients.
Experience with ERP integrations, APIs, and structured data formats (CSV, JSON, Excel).
Strong project management instincts—you know when to escalate and how to unblock.
Hands-on comfort with tools like Postman, SQL editors, DBeaver, or Metabase.
Ability to create project docs, implementation plans, and technical diagrams.
Nice to Haves
Background in ecommerce, B2B SaaS, or wholesale operations.
PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications.
Experience working with apparel, footwear, or consumer product brands.
Strong preference for candidates able to work primarily within Eastern Time (ET) business hours.
