For this hybrid role in Markham we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join their established production team specializing in high-impact experiential marketing (XM). This client-facing role is the crucial link between clients and production execution, requiring a dynamic professional who thrives on managing complex logistics and ensuring flawless delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Client & Project Leadership:
- Serve as the primary, high-touch liaison between the client and the internal production and creative teams, translating vision into actionable deliverables.
- Own the full project lifecycle, proactively managing high-volume projectsincluding multiple concurrent programs from planning through execution and post-mortem.
- Maintain a deep understanding of project scopes, managing budgets and timelines rigorously to ensure financial success and timely delivery.
- Champion an exceptional customer experience, reflecting the agency's high standards for service and delivery.
- Production Execution & Operations
- Drive the end-to-end production lifecycle for diverse experiential programs, overseeing fabrication, inventory management, and the complex logistics of branded assets moving between domestic and international markets (specifically US & Canada cross-border coordination).
- Ensure activation excellence by maintaining a physical presence on-site during critical phases. Oversee Installation & Dismantle (I&D) teams, troubleshoot technical issues in real-time, and ensure final build quality meets brand standards.
- Coordinate all operational elements, including vendor procurement, creative asset production, fabrication timelines, and field staffing management.
- Demonstrate operational fluidity by managing a diverse and rotating portfolio of high-stakes accounts, ranging from regulated industries (Alcohol, Finance) to high-touch sectors (Automotive, Tech).
- 7+ years of experience in a Project Management role, ideally within an experiential marketing, event, or creative production agency.
- Strong, demonstrated knowledge of trade show procedures, event logistics, and on-site production management.
- Proficiency with relevant project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday, Basecamp) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, solution-focused, and comfortable navigating fast-paced environments.
- Thrives in a tight-knit, collaborative team structure.
- Ability to travel locally, nationally and to and from the US.
