DCIM Learning and Development Specialist at Sunbird Software Inc. – Sioux Falls, South Dakota

The DCIM Learning & Development Specialist I is an entry-level role responsible for supporting the delivery of training programs for internal teams and customers. This role focuses on building foundational knowledge of Sunbird’s software and training processes while delivering structured training with guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver basic training sessions (virtual and in-person) using established materials and curricula
• Assist in creating and updating training materials, including documentation, presentations, and videos
• Support senior team members in organizing and preparing training sessions
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation
• Gather participant feedback and report insights to improve training programs
• Collaborate with internal teams to stay informed on product updates
• Participate in ongoing learning to build product and instructional knowledge

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 0–2 years of experience in training, teaching, or customer-facing roles
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a willingness to develop further
• Basic technical aptitude and ability to learn software systems quickly
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow established processes and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Additional Information

Travel: Occasional travel may be required for onsite training engagements.

Work Hours: Ability to work flexible hours, to support training schedules and at times, global teams.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit for extended periods and use a computer for content creation and training delivery.
• Ability to attend and present continuously for more than two or more hours during training sessions and webinars.
