  • Lead comprehensive risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities across strategic, financial, operational, and compliance areas
  • Develop and implement mitigation plans, ensuring robust controls and ongoing monitoring of risk exposure
  • Prepare executive- and board-level risk reports, dashboards, and key risk indicators (KRIs) tailored to stakeholder needs
  • Facilitate risk committees, including materials preparation, reporting, and follow-up actions
  • Support incident management, business continuity planning, and disaster recovery efforts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed risk management practices in operations and new initiatives
  • Provide guidance on risk-based design, controls, and processes, and may lead or mentor ERM professionals globally
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, or related fields, with demonstrated strategic and operational impact
  • Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, including Anti-Money Laundering, USA PATRIOT Act, Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), OFAC, and FinCEN rules as they relate to financial services or MSBs
  • Strong analytical, consultative, and decision-making skills with the ability to assess complex data and business situations
  • Proven ability to lead, influence, and build consensus across diverse teams and senior stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, suitable for executive-level presentations
  • Experience designing and implementing process-driven solutions for efficiency and oversight
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies and AI tools applied to risk management, compliance, or operational processes
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: $122,210 – $155,000
  • 401(k) plan with employer match
  • Comprehensive health coverage (medical, dental, vision)
  • Life, disability, accident, and illness insurance

  • Health and dependent care flexible spending accounts
  • Wellness benefits and programs to support employee well-being
  • Opportunities for professional development and career growth
