Purpose

The Associate Attorney will handle matters related to foreclosures in GA, primarily focusing on document and file review in a high volume and fast paced environment. They will utilize legal knowledge and experience as necessary to facilitate aspects of the foreclosure process. This is mainly a remote position. Great opportunity for someone looking to get into default services.

Specific Duties, Activities and Responsibilities

• Review loan and foreclosure documents
• Prepare FDCPA notices and breach letters
• Provide legal and regulatory guidance to support teams and to Clients
• Assist with other duties and special projects as needed.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• 0-2 years.
• Member of the Georgia State Bar in good standing.
