This role offers the opportunity to lead and shape the operational engine of a fast-growing healthtech organization, connecting DTC and B2B sales functions into a seamless, scalable system. As VP of Sales Operations, you will design and optimize processes across order management, fulfillment, revenue operations, and demand planning, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and operational excellence. You will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Manufacturing, and Marketing to align strategy with execution, establish KPIs and dashboards, and implement automation tools to drive efficiency. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, providing the chance to make a direct impact on revenue growth, operational scalability, and overall business performance. You will manage core commercial systems and workflows, contributing to the expansion of both physical and digital product channels.
Accountabilities:- Lead and build the end-to-end sales operations function across DTC and B2B channels, ensuring scalable processes and operational efficiency
- Manage and optimize commercial systems, including HubSpot, Shopify, and Salesforce, and ensure seamless integration with other operational workflows
- Oversee DTC order flow, payments, fulfillment, and customer lifecycle management, delivering a high-quality customer experience
- Partner with contract manufacturers to align production, demand planning, and inventory management with sales forecasts
- Support B2B sales efforts, including quoting, invoicing, deal desk operations, and revenue tracking
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement
- Identify and implement automation, tools, and process enhancements to improve accuracy, speed, and scalability
- 8–15+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or related leadership roles
- Proven experience managing DTC e-commerce operations for physical products, preferably devices or hardware
- Strong knowledge of HubSpot, Shopify, and Salesforce
- Experience working with contract manufacturers, supply chain partners, and fulfillment operations
- Demonstrated ability to build systems, processes, and scalable operations in a high-growth environment
- Strong analytical, organizational, and operational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
- Preferred: experience in medical devices, healthtech, premium consumer hardware, subscription models, connected devices, or app-enabled products
