Accountabilities:
  • Drive full lifecycle sales for outbound engagement solutions, from prospecting to deal closure
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, Pre-Sales Consultants, and internal teams to strategize and execute sales opportunities
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and use cases to executive-level decision-makers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and aligning solutions accordingly
  • Partner with Analytics and AI teams to inform GTM strategy, product positioning, and marketing materials
  • Develop business cases and messaging that differentiate the solution from competitors

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience selling software solutions into complex accounts
  • 10 years of operational or technical experience with outbound contact centers
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-product sales cycles and strategic initiatives
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work across internal and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing executives
  • Domain expertise in Analytics and AI, with strategic and project management skills
  • Self-sufficient, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to prioritize and drive results autonomously
