As Market Intelligence Manager, you will analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to uncover opportunities and risks. Your work will directly influence go-to-market strategies, account planning, and strategic initiatives across multiple sectors. The position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, presentation of actionable insights to senior leadership, and contribution to innovative, AI-enabled market research tools. • Lead market intelligence initiatives across segments, accounts, and regions to provide actionable insights for strategic planning.
• Conduct market sizing, trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking in key sectors, supporting decision-making on growth opportunities.
• Develop detailed account profiles, identifying strategies, challenges, and areas to drive competitive advantage.
• Support strategic initiatives including go-to-market planning, M&A scoping, and economic or trade analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed insights into business strategies and promote a customer-centric mindset.
• Present findings to senior stakeholders through workshops, presentations, and working sessions.
• Manage external research vendors to ensure high-quality, ethical, and reliable market research output.
• Contribute to the evolution and adoption of AI-powered market insights tools.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in market research or intelligence roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with unstructured data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Proven experience in complex, fast-paced, and international environments.
• Familiarity with annual planning processes and strategic business frameworks.
• Ability to communicate complex data in clear, compelling ways for executive-level audiences.
• Experience in strategy consulting or market research agencies is a plus.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are beneficial.
