The Director of Talent Acquisition will lead and scale a high-performing, global recruiting organization in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role combines strategic vision with operational execution, overseeing talent acquisition strategy, workforce planning, and executive-level searches. You will design and implement a metrics-driven, technology-enabled recruiting function, including building a proactive internal sourcing capability. Acting as a key partner to senior leadership, you will influence hiring strategies, optimize processes, and leverage data to improve performance and accountability. The role offers an opportunity to shape the future of talent acquisition while staying close to execution, supporting technical, sales, finance, and executive hiring across the organization. Remote flexibility is available, with some location-dependent tax considerations.
- Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing recruiting team to meet organizational growth objectives
- Design the Talent Acquisition structure, capacity models, and proactive sourcing strategies
- Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning and critical hires, including VP/C-level searches
- Build and manage a scalable internal sourcing function to support proactive pipelining and market mapping
- Establish hiring SLAs, cross-functional alignment processes, and metrics-driven performance dashboards
- Oversee ATS strategy and implement recruiting technologies, including AI-enabled tools
- Optimize recruiting operations across technical, sales, and finance hiring, ensuring scalable and repeatable processes
- Provide data-driven insights and reporting to inform strategic decision-making and improve quality-of-hire
- Ensure recruiting processes support diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives while maintaining operational rigor
Requirements:
- 10+ years of recruiting experience, including 3+ years in a management capacity
- Proven experience leading TA teams in high-growth or startup environments
- Hands-on experience in technical, sales/GTM, finance, and executive hiring
- Experience building and scaling internal sourcing functions; agency experience is a plus
- Proficiency with ATS platforms, preferably Greenhouse, and modern recruiting technology, including AI tools
- Strong operational, analytical, and process optimization skills
- Ability to design organizational structures, metrics frameworks, and scalable recruiting systems
- Exceptional cross-functional partnership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic and hands-on approach, with a bias for action and continuous improvement
- Experience with workforce planning, capacity modeling, and executive search management
- Comfortable operating in a remote or hybrid environment across time zones
