Diality is a medical device company focused on developing solutions to improve lives impacted by kidney disease. Diality offers the Moda-flx Hemodialysis System, a user-friendly, mobile, and connected hemodialysis system designed to maximize clinical flexibility and ease-of-use for both clinical and non-clinical users. The Moda-flx Hemodialysis system combines flow rate capabilities of conventional in-center dialysis devices with a fully integrated reverse osmosis (RO) water filtration system to provide a broad range of prescriptions and meet the needs of any professional dialysis care setting.

The Product Manager reports to the Director, Marketing, but works cross functionally with the entire Diality organization and is responsible for downstream marketing activities supporting the Moda-flx Hemodialysis System. The Product Manager will be the link between internal product development and externally focused commercial teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with management, brand/digital marketing resources, and the commercial team to build the Moda-flx Hemodialysis System and Diality brands.
  • Collaborate with management to plan and execute Diality’s industry tradeshow presence and participation.
  • Build, implement and optimize a lifecycle marketing strategy that informs product enhancements and future product development of the Diality platform.
  • Develop product content strategy and work cross-functionally to develop sales enablement documentation, sales collateral, case studies, product videos, website copy, and blog posts, among other types of content that clearly articulate the benefits of the Moda-flx Hemodialysis System to providers, physicians, and patients.
  • Administer Diality’s promotional material management platform.
  • Manage Diality’s social media presence, including content creation, ownership of metrics, KPIs and dashboards.
  • Partner with Marketing Director and product development team to plan and execute a regular cadence of market research activities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally as voice of the dialysis market and customer as part of ongoing product development activities.

Required Skills & Abilities

  • You have the ability to personally deliver, hold stakeholders and vendors accountable and toggle between high level strategic direction, planning and the details to execution.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, high growth and at times unstructured work environment.
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker with a bias to inbox zero.
  • You are intellectually curious with strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or related business or scientific field.
  • 5 years of marketing, business, sales, or related business experience in the medical device industry.
  • Experience in dialysis and/or diabetes management a plus.
  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative market research.
  • Experience working with R&D teams to create customer and marketing requirements.
  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, including experience with growth or product marketing with a strong focus on building brand awareness and generating qualified leads.
  • Experience planning and executing tradeshows and events for external stakeholders.
  • Experience in dialysis and or diabetes management a plus.
  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative market research.
  • Experience working with R&D teams to create customer and marketing requirements.

Travel

  • Willingness to travel domestically as needed (up to 10%) primarily to visit vendors and attend select conferences. This could include weekend travel for industry tradeshow support.

Physical Requirements

  • Sustained periods of time standing and sitting in a laboratory.
  • Sitting at a desk utilizing a computer.
  • Some lifting of<25 pounds.
