Senior Technical Program Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager in United States.

This role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. You will own the end-to-end execution of critical product programs, ensuring clarity, alignment, and timely delivery across teams. By designing and refining Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) processes, managing dependencies and risks, and implementing robust roadmap tools, you will help drive strategic objectives into actionable plans. This is a visible, highly collaborative role that bridges product, engineering, design, and operations, shaping how the organization delivers value to its customers. Your work will influence organizational efficiency, product quality, and overall team performance, making a measurable impact at every level.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead end-to-end project management for complex, cross-functional product initiatives from scoping to post-launch review
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve PDLC processes, including key artifacts like problem statements, PRDs, launch plans, and experiment designs
  • Maintain and optimize product roadmap tools, creating a single source of truth for initiatives, milestones, OKRs, and status reporting
  • Build clear portfolio-level visibility for leadership through dashboards, reports, and cadences that track initiative health and progress
  • Identify, manage, and escalate cross-team dependencies, risks, and blockers to ensure high-priority work remains on track
  • Standardize and enhance product delivery practices, templates, and tools to increase predictability, transparency, and quality across teams
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in program or project management within product or technology organizations, ideally in fintech, financial services, or regulated industries
  • Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional programs from ambiguity to delivery, with experience navigating dependencies, risk, and change
  • Hands-on experience running and improving a Product Development Lifecycle (or similar SDLC/PDLC framework), including ownership of stage gates and key artifacts
  • Proficiency with Agile, Kanban, or hybrid project methodologies, plus experience with tools like Jira, Asana, Confluence, and at least one roadmap/portfolio platform (e.g., Productboard, Aha!, Jira Align)
  • Comfortable working with OKRs and metrics to connect business goals to initiatives and define meaningful milestones
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of driving alignment across senior leaders and diverse teams
  • Ability to elevate team performance, say difficult things with clarity and respect, and foster collaborative environments
Benefits:
  • Fully remote work with flexibility in location and schedule
  • Competitive base salary: $143,000 – $200,000 annually, plus potential performance-based bonus
  • Equity opportunities to share in company growth
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid parental leave for all caregivers
  • Flexible PTO plus 9 company holidays
  • 401(k) retirement plan for future savings
  • Essential equipment and subscriptions to support productivity (including paid Claude subscription)
  • Quarterly virtual and in-person meet-ups
  • Company swag and engagement tools to stay connected
