Position Summary

Handle the day to day activities of the Stores department. Deputy of the Supervisor Logistics.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering/business/purchasing or related discipline with certification or coursework in production management, supply chain management, inventory control management, or forecasting highly desirable, or equivalent combination of education and experience whereby requisite knowledge, skills and abilities have been demonstrated
• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
• UAE manual driving license mandatory
• Store Inspector Authorization Certificate

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare all paperwork for the export of parts to vendors
• Perform incoming inspection on tools and materials
• Carry the duty phone as per the roster, which will involve sourcing and ordering of AOG parts
• Responsible for all stores related activities in the absence of the Stores Manager
