- Support advisory initiatives related to personal income tax and social security compliance across multiple countries, ensuring accurate and timely guidance
- Collaborate with payroll and finance teams to design tax-efficient compensation structures and optimize fund flows globally
- Assess and monitor tax exposure in various jurisdictions, identifying risks and recommending appropriate mitigation strategies
- Respond to client tax-related inquiries, providing clear, data-driven insights and practical solutions
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and knowledge resources to address recurring tax questions
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail
- 3+ years of experience in international taxation, financial operations, or a related consulting environment
- Strong understanding of personal income tax and social security frameworks across multiple jurisdictions
- Experience working in global organizations such as law firms, fintechs, or high-growth startups
- Excellent analytical and data-handling skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and extract actionable insights
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a remote, asynchronous setting
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); prior remote work experience is a plus
