We’re looking for a driven, proactive Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings both enthusiasm and urgency to every search. If you enjoy owning the hiring process end-to-end, partnering closely with stakeholders, and making things happen, this is your opportunity to make a visible impact.
This role is based in our Solihull office with a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite)—ideal for someone who values collaboration, energy, and being close to the business.
Own full-cycle recruiting across key functions (Sales, Marketing, G&A, and beyond), from intake through offer and close
Drive momentum and urgency in every search keeping processes moving, stakeholders aligned, and candidates engaged
Build strong talent pipelines using creative sourcing strategies and market insights
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and shape effective hiring strategies
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects SugarCRM’s values and brand
Act as a trusted advisor to the business—bringing ideas, challenging assumptions, and improving hiring outcomes
Keep systems and data clean by maintaining accurate records in our ATS (Lever)
5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within a corporate/in-house environment
Proven ability to manage multiple roles with pace, ownership, and accountability
A proactive, “make it happen” mindset, you don’t wait for direction, you create momentum
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and push processes forward
Experience working in fast-growing or mid-sized companies (a plus)
High adaptability, you’re comfortable navigating change and competing priorities
A strong sense of urgency, curiosity, and enthusiasm for finding great talent
Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
