This role provides an exciting opportunity to serve as the first point of contact for technical support, ensuring smooth and efficient handling of incoming issues. You will coordinate support tickets, communicate directly with customers, and work closely with Tier 1 support representatives to resolve requests promptly. The position offers exposure to help-desk systems, email and phone-based customer support, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, while helping maintain a responsive and organized technical support workflow. - Receive and route incoming support requests and change requests through help-desk systems to the appropriate representatives.
- Ensure email support requests are accurately entered into the help-desk system and routed according to departmental processes.
- Resolve straightforward issues at the coordinator level when possible.
- Review support calendars and use messaging tools to schedule Tier 1 support calls efficiently.
- Communicate directly with customers or end-users to gather relevant details for issue resolution.
- Maintain organized tracking and follow-up to ensure timely support delivery.
- 2-year degree preferred.
- At least 1 year of phone-based customer service experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Gmail, Google Docs, and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Familiarity with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and customer service orientation.
