The Business Systems Team Leader will oversee decision tools that impact revenue, earnings and business results.
Responsibilities:
- Coach and mentor a team of business systems associates.
- Develop tools that can be used to automate business support functions.
- Have an understanding of current and new business tools.
- Provide innovative improvement ideas for existing automated systems and data science platforms.
- Identify technology and process inefficiencies and present solutions.
- Maintain documentation for the development of decision support tools, processes and automation.
- Analyze data to provide business insights and action recommendations.
- Design and develop dashboards, reports and analytical tools.
- Generate and distribute functional scorecards and key performance indicators.
Skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, computer science or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent analytical skills.
