Peyton Company, a locally owned Great Clips franchise with 14 locations across the Twin Cities and Western Wisconsin, is looking for an experienced Salon Manager to lead one of our western Twin Cities suburban locations. And we're offering a $5,000 hiring bonus to the right candidate!

What We're Looking For:

• Valid salon manager's license required
• Minimum 5 years as a licensed cosmetologist or barber
• Great Clips experience strongly preferred
• Prior salon management experience preferred
• A natural leader who can motivate, develop, and retain a team
• Availability for full-time hours (34+) including evenings and 5 out of 8 weekends
• Someone who takes pride in delivering a great guest experience every single visit
