Prolific Design Build is seeking a reliable and experienced CDL Class A Truck Driver to support our growing outdoor living construction operations. This role is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of materials and equipment between suppliers, the shop, and active job sites. This individual will also assist with shop and field operations as needed to support overall team productivity.

• Safely operate CDL Class A vehicles, including dump trucks, trailers, and equipment haulers
• Transport materials to and from job sites, suppliers, and the Prolific shop
• Deliver and pick up excavation equipment to and from job sites
• Load, secure, and unload materials and equipment properly
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and ensure equipment is maintained in good working order
• Coordinate deliveries with field crews and project managers to maintain job site efficiency
• Assist with shop organization, material staging, and yard management when not driving
• Support field crews on job sites when needed, including general labor tasks
• Maintain accurate logs, delivery records, and compliance with DOT regulations

• Valid CDL Class A license (required)
• Clean driving record and strong safety awareness
• Experience hauling equipment and materials (preferred)
• Ability to operate or willingness to learn excavation equipment (preferred)
• Strong work ethic and team-first mentality
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor environments
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Preferred Experience:

• Construction or landscape industry experience
• Familiarity with securing and transporting heavy equipment
• Basic mechanical knowledge of trucks and equipment
