Required Experience & QualificationsMinimum 1 year of multifamily leasing experience requiredBilingual in English and Spanish requiredEnglish proficiency required; additional languages such as Arabic, Pashto, and Urdu are a plusTax Credit knowledge is a plusExperience with OneSite, ActiveBuilding, Blue Moon, and Funnel preferredStrong communication and customer service skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environmentProfessional appearance and strong listening skillsReliable transportationSocial media experience is a plusHospitality experience is a plusProven ability to close leases
