About This Position
Position TitleInstructional Design Implementation Manager, Every Learner EverywhereClassificationFull-time; exemptSalary: $80,000 - $90, 000 Annually depending on experienceReports to Director, Every Learner EverywhereThis position may be performed remotely within the United States; however, candidates must reside in and be authorized to work in the U.S. The position is based on a standard Monday–Friday schedule, and employees must be available to work during typical U.S. business hours.The PositionThe Instructional Design Implementation Manager will report to the Every Learner Everywhere (Every Learner) Director and serve as the lead instructional design specialist for the Courseware Lighthouse Test Track: BEACON Implementation Program. This role will work closely with mathematics faculty, departmental leaders, partners, and project staff to redesign gateway mathematics courses (with an emphasis on Calculus I) and integrate AI-enabled courseware into coherent, evidence-based instructional models. The Instructional Design Implementation Manager will create and maintain course and courseware shells, support alignment of learning outcomes, assessments, and activities, and provide hands-on design and implementation support to institutional teams. The successful candidate will have substantial experience redesigning math courses, strong instructional design skills, and familiarity with adaptive or AI-enabled courseware. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.Duties and ResponsibilitiesInstructional Design for Gateway Math Courses

Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting multi-section, coordinated math courses or department-wide redesign efforts.Experience working on grant-funded projects or multi-institution initiatives.Familiarity with data-informed course improvement processes using student outcomes and analytics.
This position is grant-funded through at least April 2028, with prospects for continuation beyond this time period. This position may work flexibly from any location.
