About the Role

We are seeking a People Support Coach (Scheduler) to support staffing coordination at our Vancouver site.

People Support Coach are connectors and problem-solvers who help keep our scheduling systems coordinated, responsive, and person-centered. These roles are essential to creating smooth, safe, reliable weekend operations, supporting both stability and well-being across our homes.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and maintain weekend staffing schedules to ensure homes are safely and thoughtfully supported.

• Make scheduling adjustments when changes arise, communicating promptly and respectfully with coaches and leadership.

• Maintain accurate scheduling documentation and updates in ADP.

• Act as a communication bridge across teams to support smooth weekend operations.

• Model CONNECT’s core values—flexibility, creativity, learning, kindness, passion, and joy.

• Contribute to a culture where people feel welcomed, supported, and connected.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in scheduling, team coordination, or administrative support roles.

• A steady, solution-focused presence who remains calm when plans shift.

• Strong communication skills and relationship-building abilities.

• Capacity to balance priorities while maintaining fairness and clarity.

• Comfort working with digital tools and scheduling platforms (ADP experience is an asset).

• Understanding of person-centered, respectful, inclusive support practices.

Requirements

• Satisfactory Criminal Record Check (Vulnerable Sector)

• First Aid with CPR

• Self-Declaration of Immunization Status
