This role plays a critical part in guiding large-scale organizational transformation efforts, focusing on aligning teams, engaging stakeholders, and driving adoption of new processes. You will partner with program leadership and project managers to design and implement change strategies that ensure smooth transitions and measurable outcomes. The position requires analyzing the impact of initiatives, gathering stakeholder feedback, and proactively mitigating risks to adoption. You will be responsible for creating clear communication plans, tracking engagement metrics, and supporting continuous improvement throughout the transformation lifecycle. This role operates in a dynamic, collaborative environment where influencing others and promoting change adoption directly affects organizational success and service quality.

Accountabilities
  • Collaborate with leadership, project managers, and workstream leads to align change activities and messaging across departments and organizational units.
  • Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify risks, needs, and opportunities for engagement.
  • Develop and execute targeted change strategies to support adoption and minimize resistance to new processes.
  • Design and implement communication and engagement plans, including outreach, feedback gathering, and sentiment analysis.
  • Track adoption metrics, stakeholder engagement, and change effectiveness to support governance, reporting, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to teams during transitions, ensuring stakeholders are informed, engaged, and empowered throughout the change process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in change management, organizational transformation, or related initiatives.
  • Proven experience supporting stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and adoption tracking.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Preferred: experience supporting federal or large-scale transformation initiatives, particularly in healthcare or government settings.
  • Preferred: certification or training in change management methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR.
