This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end demand planning process across U.S. and international business units. You will develop accurate, data-driven forecasts, incorporating insights from Sales, Marketing, and Finance to drive supply chain and inventory decisions. The position involves analyzing trends, identifying risks, and providing actionable recommendations to support operational efficiency and commercial growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align forecasts with strategic initiatives, product launches, and promotions. This role is highly analytical, strategic, and central to ensuring global business objectives are met through effective demand planning.
Accountabilities:
  • Own demand forecasts across all channels and global markets, including DTC, retail, distributor, and customer care support.
  • Maintain an 18-month rolling forecast at SKU, channel, and region levels to inform supply chain decisions.
  • Identify demand risks and opportunities, recommending mitigation actions proactively.
  • Lead the demand pillar of S&OP/IBP, ensuring alignment across Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, and regional stakeholders.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to incorporate pipeline, promotions, launches, and market intelligence into forecasts.
  • Analyze historical sales, product lifecycle, and market trends to improve forecast accuracy and drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct scenario planning for new products, market expansion, and promotional activities to support informed decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Proven experience in global demand planning, supply chain forecasting, or related roles.
  • Expertise in S&OP/IBP processes, including cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align teams across regions.
  • Experience analyzing large datasets, identifying trends, and providing recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Advanced proficiency in forecasting tools, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced, global environment.
