$85,000 - $100,000 a year
A leading firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Practice Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys within a commercial real estate practice. This role requires a highly organized professional with strong technical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities - Provide administrative support to attorneys in a commercial real estate practice
- Prepare, edit, proofread, and finalize legal documents and correspondence
- Manage document execution processes, including electronic signature platforms
- Process dictation and draft documents from audio recordings
- Maintain and organize electronic files and records
- Assist with time entry, billing support, and expense reporting
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, and other administrative tasks
- Handle multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Minimum of 5 years of legal administrative experience, preferably within commercial real estate
- Experience with document management systems, timekeeping software, expense management platforms, and dictation tools
- Proficiency with electronic signature platforms
- Strong document editing and proofreading skills
- High level of professionalism
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable supporting time-sensitive and billable work
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize effectively
