Accountabilities- Develop and implement a global learning strategy focused on leadership and technical training.
- Lead design and facilitation of leadership programs for diverse teams.
- Create and enhance technical training programs that promote functional excellence.
- Drive organizational learning initiatives to support AI transformation.
- Establish a scalable learning infrastructure for easy access to resources.
- Collaborate with business partners to align learning with competence frameworks.
- Communicate program results and insights to executive leadership effectively.
- Engage learners through strong facilitation and dynamic presentation skills.
- Identify skill gaps and propose innovative training solutions.
- Manage corporate internship programs to develop early-career talent.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or related field.
- 5 years of Learning & Development experience, with 2 years in management.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and administration.
- Proven ability to develop and lead leadership and technical training initiatives.
- Skilled in building learning experiences for diverse global audiences.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including to executives.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of career architecture and organizational development.
