SUMMARY:
As a Psychology Intern at The Crossroads Center, you will perform psychological evaluations, conduct psychotherapy, behavior therapy, psychological counseling, and consultations under the direct supervision of a licensed psychologist.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administer various psychological tests, analyze results, and provide diagnoses.
- Conduct psychotherapy, behavior therapy, and psychological counseling sessions.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow staff members.
- Offer consultations to individuals, programs, and community organizations.
- Contribute to in-service training sessions.
- Complete accurate written documentation of provided services and other necessary paperwork.
- Attend required staff meetings, workshops, and seminars.
- Fulfill any other related duties as necessary.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Currently enrolled in a psychology graduate program or possess a Master's Degree in Psychology.
