About the Role:

The CNA Hospice Aide in Cartersville, GA plays a vital role in providing compassionate and personalized care to patients receiving hospice services. This position focuses on enhancing the quality of life for terminally ill patients by addressing their physical, emotional, and comfort needs in a respectful and dignified manner. The aide works closely with the interdisciplinary hospice team to implement care plans and support patients and their families through the end-of-life journey. Minimum Qualifications:

• Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Georgia.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program with demonstrated competency in patient care.

• Ability to pass background checks and meet health screening requirements.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in hospice or palliative care settings.
