Lead Sales Executive - remote
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Sales Executive - REMOTE. In this role, you will drive national revenue growth by promoting turnkey electrical solutions across commercial and industrial sectors. Your focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with general contractors and commercial end users while leveraging your experience in sales of electrical services. This high-visibility role also requires approximately 50% nationwide travel to engage clients and develop new business opportunities.
Accountabilities- Drive revenue through direct sales of turnkey electrical construction and maintenance services solutions.
- Develop relationships with general contractors, facility managers, and commercial clients.
- Identify and close design-build and service contract opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build long-term partnerships within the general contractor channel.
- Lead project scoping discussions and solution positioning.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure successful project execution.
- Conduct joint customer visits and strategic account planning.
- Position turnkey electrical solutions for commercial and industrial projects.
- Identify recurring revenue opportunities through maintenance agreements.
- Provide sales forecasting and pipeline reporting to leadership.
- 5+ years of experience in electrical construction sales or electrical services sales.
- Proven experience selling to general contractors.
- Strong understanding of design-build, service contracts, and commercial electrical projects.
- Demonstrated success exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel nationally (~50%).
- National scope within a growing electrical contractor platform.
- High autonomy and strong earnings potential.
