Digital Sales Manager - REMOTE

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Digital Sales Manager. In this role, you will drive the sales growth of our digital product portfolio by engaging directly with customers and the sales team. You'll be responsible for establishing strong relationships, educating both clients and internal teams, and developing innovative marketing strategies. Your ability to analyze market conditions and competition will be crucial in positioning our products effectively. This role plays a vital part in enhancing customer satisfaction and contributing to the success of the organization.
Accountabilities
  • Sales responsibility for Digital Portfolio products, attaining or exceeding yearly assigned product revenue and profit quotas
  • Schedule and host personal and online product demonstrations for customers
  • Drive adoption of products through on-site visits
  • Serve as the technical expert and product champion for assigned products
  • Maintain and analyze territory records using contact management software
  • Sell products at trade shows and meetings
  • Educate thought leaders about product operation and application
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers for lead generation and training support
  • Communicate effectively with management regarding sales activities
  • Engage marketing teams on new product specifications and issues
  • Develop lead generation through digital marketing strategies
  • Manage lead conversion and handover to implementation teams
  • Work closely with implementation and support teams for product adoption
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and training
  • Implement creative marketing approaches tailored to the region's demands
Requirements
  • Four-year college degree required, preferably in Computer Science or related discipline
  • 5 years of relevant sales experience in software solutions and services
  • Knowledge of EMR/EHR business models is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with connectivity and networking required
  • High level of technical expertise within the ophthalmology and optometry field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in business software such as word processing and spreadsheets
  • Valid driver's license required
