Maintenance Engineer at Willis-Knighton Health System – Shreveport, Louisiana

Responsible for maintaining all hospital equipment such as Air Conditioning and Heating Systems. Maintain all electrical systems, refrigeration, etc. Operates and maintains stationary engines and mechanical equipment, such as steam engines, compressors, generators, turbines, and steam boilers, to provide for utilities such as light, heat and power for refrigeration, air conditioning, and other services for the hospital.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Trade, Vocational and/or Military service or formal on the job training for a background in mechanical and electrical systems are helpful.
• HVAC knowledge
• Electrical knowledge
• Boiler knowledge
• Understanding of chilled water system and related equipment.
• Computer experience necessary
