The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Job Overview:
Coordinates the daily function of instrument management services through establishing and communicating priorities and determining the schedule and assignments of personnel. Maintains adequate levels of patient care equipment by reviewing documentation and assigning staff to rounds Supervises quality and quantity of work in all areas to include decontamination, prep/pack sterilization, sterile storage and code carts Insure that CSP is in compliance with all applicable policies laws and regulations.

Qualifications:
Required:

• 2 years of leadership experience in sterile processing.

Certifications and Licenses Required :

• CRCST certfication.
• CHL within 6 months of hire.

Scheduling Requirements:

• Monday — Friday
• 11 PM-7 AM

Essential Functions:

• Assesses and maintains sterile processing supply inventory and assures adequate levels of Code carts Assures that equipment is in working order
• Assists and maintains in-service orientation and training records
• Assists evening and night shift with scheduling in-services educational sessions orientation requirements
• Maintains and reviews Sterilization documentation to assure the proper procedures are being followed
• Pulls the daily schedule and needs-lists and reviews for volume
• Reviews daily assignments evaluates and redistributes the flow of work as necessary and coordinates work schedules to meet hospital and departmental needs
