About This Position
ROLE OVERVIEW
CertaSite is searching for a talented, organized, and creative Marketing Coordinator with a keen eye for detail to join our marketing team. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and cross-functionally with CertaSite’s departments to execute our strategic marketing and communications initiatives.
This role will support demand generation efforts, strengthen the customer journey, and help expand CertaSite’s brand visibility across all channels. You will play an important role in executing multi-channel campaigns, supporting paid media and email marketing initiatives, assisting with content optimization for search and AI-driven platforms, and maintaining brand consistency across markets.
The Marketing Coordinator will contribute directly toward the sales and marketing department’s KPIs and goals while helping reinforce a company culture that reflects our core values: passionate, impactful, innovative, and genuine.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Support execution of demand generation and awareness campaigns across paid media platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.

Assist with email marketing efforts and campaign coordination across platforms.

Contribute to website and blog content optimized for SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) to improve search and AI-driven visibility.

Monitor and assist in the management of CertaSite’s social media and online presence across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Assist in the design and editing of marketing materials including digital ads, social graphics, landing pages, flyers, and internal communications materials using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.

Review marketing performance reports and assist in interpreting campaign metrics.

Support CRM usage and campaign tracking within HubSpot.

Assist in minor website edits and general maintenance.

Collaborate on the strategy and execution of internal announcements and communications across internal channels.

Assist in planning and coordinating internal and external events as needed.

Contribute to management of the internal CertaSite Store and support reputation management platforms such as Glassdoor and Indeed.

Act as a highly organized team contributor, helping maintain marketing calendars, documentation, and project timelines.

Support additional marketing initiatives as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design or related field.

A minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of relevant experience.

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
IDEAL QUALITIES
-
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Experience collecting and organizing data for systems and marketing activities (e.g., CRM, promotions, email marketing, social engagement, and pipeline)
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing communication and measurement
- Proven work experience with CRM systems (i.e. HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Proficiency in MS Office programs with the ability to learn new programs quickly
- Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment
- Familiarity with website editing and basic page design within platforms such as HubSpot and WordPress.
- Social media savvy, particularly with Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn

WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Controlled climate, office environment, required to sit for long periods of time, eight hours or more per day, frequently required to use a monitor, phone, and keyboard, available for occasional business travel, which may include nights and weekends
