Description: Cloud Architecture
Own the end‑to‑end cloud architecture across Azure/AWS (depending on company stack).
Design secure, scalable, cost‑efficient cloud solutions for applications, data platforms, and integrations.
Set technical standards, guardrails, and reference architectures for development teams.
Evaluate new cloud services and decide what enters the ecosystem—and what doesn’t.
Drive modernization efforts: containerization, microservices, serverless, infrastructure‑as‑code, etc.
Run daily cloud operations with high reliability and zero drama.
Oversee monitoring, incident response, backup, and disaster recovery.
Ensure strong security posture: identity, access, compliance, patching, and threat monitoring.
Optimize cloud spend (rightsizing, reservations, lifecycle management).
Manage changes, deployments, and upgrades without disrupting the business.
Enforce cloud governance policies and ensure adherence across teams.
Work closely with security teams to maintain compliance (ISO, SOC, internal policies).
Ensure proper IAM design, network segmentation, and zero‑trust principles.
Implement infrastructure‑as‑code (Terraform, ARM/Bicep, CloudFormation).
Build automation for provisioning, scaling, and maintenance.
Improve CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with DevOps/SRE teams.
Partner with application teams to design and deploy cloud‑ready solutions.
Provide technical leadership to developers, DevOps, and operations teams.
Act as the escalation point for complex cloud‑related issues.
BE (IT/Computer Science), MCA, MSc (Computer Science or IT)
4-6 years of experience in cloud engineering, architecture, or operations.
Strong hands‑on experience with Azure/AWS/GCP (as applicable).
Solid understanding of networking, security, storage, and compute concepts.
Proven experience in automation (Terraform, Ansible, scripting).
Strong grasp of container ecosystems: Docker, Kubernetes.
Experience with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Datadog, etc.).
Ability to balance stability, performance, and cost—without compromising any of them.
