Who You Are

We need team members who are ready and willing to take on a variety of challenges and bring an abiding curiosity about the “what’s” and “why’s” of the data and technology. You’ll thrive if you’re a resilient, driven, and confident, developer who brings the determination to tackle one of the most complex and consequential challenges in the world. Specific qualifications we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional software development experience, with expertise in Java or Python.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Understanding of algorithms, data structures, and distributed systems.
  • Prior experience building scalable SaaS platforms or enterprise applications.
  • Ability to work in-person from our Bellevue Headquarters.
  • Ability to work on-call rotations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively through ambiguity, with urgency, patience, and good humor.
  • Knowledge of supply chain systems or logistics is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and techniques (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Familiarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL) or real-time data streaming platforms (Kafka, Flink).
  • Experience tinkering with side projects, open-source contributions, or anything that shows you love to build and learn.
