In this leadership role, youll supervise crews, work alongside your team, and ensure the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise field crews on commercial electrical projects.
Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics to guide installations.
Oversee and participate in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
Ensure all work complies with NEC codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
Troubleshoot electrical issues and resolve field challenges proactively.
Coordinate materials, labor, and timelines to meet project deadlines.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, inspections, and crew hours.
Provide mentorship and hands-on training for apprentices and junior electricians.
Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders.
Uphold a culture of safety, quality, and accountability on all job sites.
4+ years of electrical experience, including team leadership or supervisory roles.
High school diploma, GED, or Electrical Apprenticeship preferred.
Strong knowledge of electrical theory, NEC code, and safe work practices.
Skilled in the use of electrical tools, testing equipment, and installation techniques.
Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation.
Physically able to lift, climb, and work in confined spaces or at heights.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Willingness to travel and work extended hours or weekends as needed.
