About This Position
1. Has experience of 5+ years in the waste management sector, with experience of working in Flexible plastics/ films such as LDPE, HDPE, PP/ MLP as an added advantage
2. Fluency in English and knowledge of Thai
3. Have worked with formal and informal players in the waste management sector with direct engagement for material sourcing
4. Has experience of conducting capacity building activities for responsible sourcing
5. Experience of sourcing plastic/ polymers through formal and informal supply chains will be of additional advantage to the candidate.
6. Has experience in preparing project management plans, monitoring, evaluation, and report writing.
7. Experience in equipment specification creation, sourcing, vendor negotiation, selection, and commissioning
8. Can understand auditing requirements, face and conduct field visits and audits
9. Communication skills required to coordinate and communicate with waste pickers, aggregators, community drop off/ recyclers
10. Has supply chain experience in the procurement of materials (preferably waste)
11. Has experience in implementing quality assurance and control frameworks
12. Working with standard IT tools like Presentation, Google Sheets, Docs
13. Experience in preparation of field reports, presentations as required.
