Essential Job Duties:

• Assessment: Conducts thorough patient assessments, including physical exams and discharge planning considerations.
• Planning: Collaborates on care plans, engages patients/families in goal setting.
• Implementation: Assists with patient care, respects rights, responds to emergencies, and educates patients.
• Evaluation: Applies rationale based on principles and seeks help to prevent errors.
• Professional Conduct: Demonstrates knowledge, maintains self-evaluation, follows policies, and participates in education and goal setting.

RN Details

Qualifications:

• Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program
• Must have active IN RN license
• Must have active BLS certification
• RN experience preferred

LPN Details

Qualifications for LPN Applicants:

• Must have graduated from an accredited Practical Nursing Program
• Must have active IN LPN license
• Must have active BLS certification
• LPN experience preferred

CMA Details

Qualifications for CMA Applicants:

• Graduate from an accredited program for Certified Medical Assistants, Registered. Medical Assistants or Certified Clinical Medical Assistants program
• Must have active CMA, RMA or CCMA certificate.
• Must have active BLS certification
• Previous clinical experience preferred
